Sales Conditions




Orders

All orders must be placed on line. Any order can be considered accepted by Oliving the very moment the client receives the acknowledgement of it by email.
When the client receives the acknowledgment that the order has been received, he/she is supposed to fill up the order summary and swiftly communicate any possible mistake or discordance that might have occurred.

Pricing and billing

All prices quoted in the website are in Euros, inclusive of VAT (sale tax) and packing.
Prices of products and special offers may periodically vary. For this reason Oliving has the right to modify the price list without previous notice.
In case the price of a product has been published, by mistake, in an incorrect way, Oliving has the right not to sell that particular product.
Customers in need of a regular official bill, will receive it by email and will find it available in the clients area of the website.

Payments

Products can be paid through one of the following options:
  • Bank transfer sent in advance Data for the transfer will be sent to customers with the email of acknowledgment of received order.
  • Credit Card by making use of the safe online payments of Deutsche Bank
  • Paypal

Shipment

Products are shipped through express shipping companies and Oliving is held responsible for the parcels being delivered in good conditions.
The shipping companies are SDA for Italy and UPS for all other Countries.
The goods are consigned by Oliving to the Shipping Company:
  • Within 24 working hours from the moment the order is being received by Oliving, provided all products are in stock;
  • Within 5 working days from the moment the order is being received by Oliving if one or more products should be out of stock.
When placing the order the system informs the client whether or not all articles are in stock.
Delivery could be made at any address, provided it is clearly stated at the moment of ordering the products.
To facilitate quick delivery we suggest the client to use an address where someone receiving the parcel is permanently present.
In case the parcel, when delivered to the customer, should show signs of mishandling, apparent or evident leaking, the goods should not be accepted and, instead, the word “ Conditionally” should be written on the waybill. It will be Oliving’s responsibility to rescue the parcel and send a new one to the customer.
Oliving will shoulder any expense due to return delivery of any damaged parcel as well as for the new delivery.

Cancellation policy

According to Italian Law “D.Lgs. 06/09/05 N°206”, Oliving’s clients avail themselves of the “satisfied or refunded guarantee”, which gives the right to the customer to send the products back, without any penalty, within 10 working days from the moment the products were received.
Conditions for cancellation policy are:
  • The returned products must be in good conditions;
  • The cancellation policy applies exclusively to individuals, therefore not to companies or to anyone buying products in order to sell them to third parties;
  • Shipping expenses for the return of the products are to be shouldered by the client;
  • Once returned, the products will be examined to evaluate possible damage or mishandling (the return of the products in good conditions is the prerogative which entitles the customer to have the right of recess). We therefore recommend the maximum care in packing the returned products before the delivery, perhaps by utilizing the original packaging material.
For the customer to avail him/herself of the right of cancellation policy, he/she will have to send a letter by Registered Mail to Oliving within 10 days from the moment the goods are being received.
Moreover, the customer must return, at his/her own expense, all products concerned, wholly in good conditions, within 15 days from the day of the communication of the cancellation by Registered Mail.
According to the above mentioned law , once the customer has complied with all the points listed above, he/she will be totally refunded within 30 days from the return of the products recessed.
