Canino DOP

Canino cultivar is being cultivated in the ancient Etruscan region, part of which is today called Province of Viterbo, in the Lazio Region.
It is a  cultivar which gives the name to this excellent extra virgin olive oil called, precisely, Canino.
Throughout the decades, the Canino Olive Oil Cooperative has selected the oil only from among the top cultivators of this type of olive, thus reaching an outstanding result quality wise.
The oil provides a most delicate olive fruity in which some touches of tomato and freshly cut grass can be smelled at once; it gives a very  rewarding sensation of coolness and greenery.
Its taste is both delicate and pleasant, some nuances of artichoke taste can also be felt.
A touch of bitter is present too, but sober, in perfect harmony with its spicy element. Its long and persistent taste in the mouth is striking, leading to a conclusive sweet taste.

Ghibello

Ever since 1861, Cascina Barbotta produces a remarkable top quality extra virgin olive oil.
A long tradition marked by passion and dedication for their charming territory  surrounded by lovely hills, the famous Cinque Terre area.
The oil that we propose is a blend of traditional local cultivars, skilfully blended to obtain a sensory profile very interesting.
To the smell stands out a warm fruity note of tomato and grass really very pleasant.
The wraparound taste has a great balance of sweet and bitter notes with a pleasantly spicy and long lasting closure.

Primo DOP

We consider this  extra virgin olive oil produced by the Cutrera family extraordinary, to say the least.
Primo is a  mono variety DOP  oil belonging to the marvelous cultivar which renders the Sicilian area of Tonda Iblea most famous.
This type of oil carries in itself all the best characteristics gibing life to the sensorial profile of Tonda Iblea. 
In the intense and strong smell the touch of green tomato can be detected , coupled with the smell of freshly cut grass.
The taste enriches and completes  the sensorial experience  by adding to it light elements of artichokes on a bitter and spicy, and at the same time balanced, background.
It comes to being an harmonious tasting sensation of great and most pleasantly persistent  sensation.

Canino DOP

Canino Dop is a brand of extra virgin olive oil which perfectly  fits in the most varied situations in the kitchen.
Its fruity places it  between the light and the medium types of oil; therefore, it can be combined with food considered having moderate or medium taste.
A part from the obvious  examples such as a bruschetta or a Summer “caprese”, we’d like to make some suggestions which can be considered a bit unusual. For example: try this type of oil as the final touch on Summer dishes such as pasta with spring onions and fresh tomatoes or the preparation of lemon anchovies.
We’ve tried it also with salmon marinated in pink pepper: we got an unexpected, extraordinary result!
By the way, should you be in the mood of making your own pesto, well … this is the right type of oil indeed! 

Ghibello

An oil that blends perfectly with its own territory, the Liguria region.
We recommend it with moderate taste food like fish or white meat in the oven but also to enhance a fish entrée.
We suggest this oil also for lighter food like a fresh salad or caprese.

Primo DOP

Primo is an extra virgin olive oil determined, important and intense.
It is highly recommended in the kitchen as a superb complement of tasty and determined dishes.
Especially fit therefore  for roasted meat or fish, grilled meat, soups and minestrone soup.
Should you like to experience the intense taste of olive oil we suggest also its use on a simple bruschetta , rigorously poured on the hot toasted bread, or in a green salad.
